Challenge
The challenge was to construct a complex system with numerous flows, using the flows created by the project's UX designers as references.
Approach
I utilized screens from other similar company systems in addition to the flows created by the project's UX designers. Through weekly calls, I aligned expectations and screens. I also held regular meetings with the design system team to validate the creation of new components.

Company
Fiserv is a global payments and acquiring company. During my time there, I worked on a back-office onboarding platform used by financial institutions across Latin America, helping consolidate multiple legacy systems into a single workflow to make internal operations faster, clearer, and easier to manage.

The homepage consolidates the most important data to be viewed, such as message notifications for both the applicant and the manager, and includes shortcuts to other flows to expedite applicant services.
