Design the user interface
Challenges
The city of Quincy, MA did not have a digital system for scheduling and managing technical inspections. When I joined, there were only a few wireframes created by the product manager, so my main task was to address the UX challenges the interface had and propose modern and intuitive solutions for the interface.
Approach
I started with user flows and low-fidelity screens as the foundation for visual exploration, and held daily check-ins to validate the flows, including complex, multi-layered scenarios.
(The project was delivered in 2021 when I worked as a freelancer, and this version was revised for my portfolio in 2025.)
